Every Wednesday there is a 20-minute breath meditation. This session is aimed at both beginners and more experienced meditators.

Afterwards there is the opportunity to connect with other people in the Effective Altruism community, but you are also free to leave at that point.

Honestly, we could go into a lot of detail here, but it will take only 30 minutes of your life, so why not just give it a try?
